Ecole de Broderie d'Art

The Quimper School of Art Embroidery, founded by Pascal Jaouen in 1995 and directed by Yann Lagoutte, is dedicated to the collection and transmission of traditional embroidery stitches through its range of courses and workshops. The team, which includes two “Meilleurs Ouvriers de France”, teaches colored, white, and Breton embroidery to approximately 2,000 students of all levels across 30 locations, both within and outside Brittany.
The School also houses a haberdashery, both in-store and online, offering a wide selection of materials (threads, beads, fabrics, etc.) and exclusive embroidery kits, putting this centuries-old expertise at the service of contemporary creations.
